Valley Health Team Inc

The facility and staff are great when you're present in person but they are completely unreachable by phone. The people in charge of answering are clearly overwhelmed by their workload because they do the standard "please hold" and CLICK, cue music, never to return to the call again. I have waited on the line for 40 minutes on one occasion, never to be answered. I ended up having to call another valley health team office where I could actually get through to a person. So just beware that if you need to communicate with your doctor frequently on the phone, or ever need to call to confirm your appointment time, you will not be able to accomplish that with this office.

Staff was friendly and very efficient. Each team member treated me very respectfully. Dr. Hernandez listened, was very thorough and empathetic, and took my problem very seriously. Treatment was appropriate and effective. I am very grateful for this service.
