The TV Shop

I bought a TV which lasted 7 months and went out. I brought it back in for service and was told it would be a couple of weeks. It is7 weeks later now. I called 3 days in a row and kept telling me they would call back. Finally went in on Saturday to get some kind of answer. Come to find out the tv is no longer made and can't get the part to fix. Technician tells him to make me a good deal. He tells me prices on a couple of tvs. I tell him I'll wait a little longer on the chance they may find the part. I'm driving home and it hits me the prices he was giving me were just his normal prices. I'm very disappointed.

We went in on a Saturday just to look around at the tv's for prices and sizes. We we greeted so everything started of well. What disappointed me was the guys attitude.
I was with my mom and she doesn't know much about about tv warranty so she started asking him about it and he cut off her saying "let me finish". I found that very rude. I work in customer service and I would never say that to a potential customer. They can keep their cheap prices.

Repeat customer for years not only my family and friends customer service is great warranties on break and their repair service is wonderful.

I just bought my TV there last week...and it works great...The TV they were going to give me for the price I wanted to pay wasn't available so they gave me a bigger one for the same price..they explained to me how to hook it up to cable (I never had a flat screen before) and they were very helpful. No problems so far!!!

i purchased a tv with these guys and 2 weeks later i braught it back because the light bulb was not working when they gave it back to me we noticed white speks on screen i called them up and they said it was probably the projector which would cost 125.00, i paid 300.00 for it and i paid 75.00 for the first repair i said no more everytime you take it back for a repair something else seems to go wrong...their just taking advantage of people...

Do not waste your time and money buying here. Simply this is what will happen, it will sound good, work well in the shop and the price will be right. However, as soon as you take the television home it will stop working. Then you will take it back and ask them to repair it. They will give you a time frame and constantly change the estimated repair times. They will do this until your warranty has ran out. After which time you will either have to pay for repairs or have a faulty television or no television at all. If you want to deal with the run around go here, if not don't. Don't be fooled by the courteous manner in which they draw you in after they have your money $ you will be disappointed over and over again until you give up!

you know ive been a customer four times in now and yea i feel for the person that had to endure the situation she went threw but u buy what u see its a blem product which means they come as they are but it dose say we only need to pay for parts not labor..so id say follow up on that note.. im sure you will get fair treatment if you follow the guidlines they provide you with read the fine print. but all in all im happy with what ive bought from them... I RECIEVED JUST WHAT I PAID FOR A BLEM PRODUCT.

i wish i would have seen the reviews before i took my t.v. there. they had originally told me that it would take 1 maybe 2 weeks for them to repair my t.v. and now its been 3 weeks and when i called at 2 weeks they said they were waiting for a part to come in. now 3 weeks later i call and again they are still waiting on that part. never even a courtesy call to let me know its gonna take a little bit longer. it seemed like a cheap place to get my tv repaired but its just a cheap place. don't make the same mistake i made and just go somewhere else. you might pay a few bucks more but the customer service will be a lot better.

Wish I had seen the other 2 reviews. Having the same problems, no communication. Tv broke in less then 1 week, told us they would replace it, 6 weeks later still nothing. Very unhappy, waste of 300.00 dollars.

Don't ever buy from these guys, they are very dishonest and untrustworthy. I bought a couple tv's from them and every time I've had issues they would never fix them they would just give me and everyone I know that has bought from them the run around. Bad product they are just about the hustle...

DON"T BUY HERE!!!!! Plain and simple. I bought a TV from this place that only lasted a year and paid $500.00 dollars for. Took it back in to get it serviced and they have had it for over 3 months now. In fact i have to call to check on the status of the thing every once in a while because they have such great service (NOT!!) that no one there can pick up a phone and call a customer. Now they tell me I have to pay for the part and not the labor WOW I have to pay for this kind of service, not to mention the part they are going to use is gonna be a used one or else they would have ordered the part a long time ago and gotten my TV back to me. Needless to say these guys are a bunch of thieves who will have no problem taking your money and giving you a TV that will last you about a year. Don't make the same mistake I did, for $500.00 dollars you can easily buy a new TV. These guys don't even deserve one star!!!!
