1st bad sign - beer cans on counter "Warren" smelled like beer and throw up.
2nd - Reciept from EBay for a part he bought for $5 tried pasted on to me as new for $75. Which tells me he is acamming customers.
3rd - Sign holder says "warren" lives here and pays people under the table to work and seen him selling drugs.
I'm glad I took my computer out when I did.

I WISH I READ THE "YELP" REVIEWS BEFORE DROPPING OFF MY DAUGHTER'S MACBOOK AIR. My husband was told by the owner that he could repair a cracked LCD screen. He reported that it was a quick and simple fix. I was hesitant because I hv had an IPhone damaged by taking it to a non apple repair store. We dropped it off last Saturday and was told it would be ready in an hour. We were not called with status updates. My husband called him constantly with 1 excuse after another as to why the unit wasn't working. He offered to have us take back the laptop with a fixed screen, but an inoperable camera. I was livid, and at this point lost all respect in this business owner because he was willing to give me back MY laptop that had just a cracked screen, to one with a damaged camera. It has been a week and i still do not have my computer. He has been swapping out screens etc, and I believe my laptop is now internally damaged. MAC USERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. CHEAP PRICES=SUBSTANDARD SERVICE.

I think these guys are very smart, genius and made me a happy customer!After my beautiful daughter dropped my computer down some stairs and cracked the hard drive I thought I needed a whole new computer! So I decided to take my computer to get it diagnosed and when Warren said he can fix it for the quoted price I was happy! He saved me cash, and made my computer run better! He runs a good business, smart people friendly. I will definitely come here again.

I used to work for Farmers Insurance and he fixed any computer problems to make them run faster and efficiently! If Farmers trusts him you would too. Happy Customer! With the amazing work on my HP laptop! Thank You! Tek Pros! Warren and Staff!

This @@sh*les promised you to fix your computer in a couple of days but it will turn out that they can't fix it. Don't go to this place and I don't think they know what they're doing. I could've fix it myself. This place take interns and I think they make their interns fix your computer which are not experienced. PLs. Pls. don't go to this place don't support this place. Go to some place reputable I don't think they deserve a star not even a half star. I hope this kind of business closes. Not to be mean but they should try to earn their reputation.

Very professional service. These guys saved the day by retrieving data from an old Windows XP that we thought was lost. TekPro saved our data and restored photos, documents and family history files. We loved the flat price fee. They did a lot of work for only $89. Would definitely go back to this company again.

New review for service done a few days ago.

This is the 3rd time I have been serviced by TekPro, each time with a different computer. I have had nothing but the best service each time. When your computer crashes (er, takes a dump) give these guys a try. My wife's hundreds and hundreds of wildlife pictures were save from a crashed computer. My business files from two different companies were also retrieved from another. The price is right ($99) and the quality of service equals it. Talk to Warren but one of his several tech experts, Ian, has helped also.

This company offers good value. I will return as inevitably computer problems will occur.

Completely unprofessional, took then over 3 weeks to replace a dc jack after saying they would get it done in one afternoon, and they scratched my laptop screen in the process. It's not even worth taking it back to them simply because I don't ever want to deal with them again.



The guy sits out there smoking cigarettes and drinking beer outside rather than fixing your issues. I'm not joking, deal with these people at your own risk.

Best place to get a custom PC or upgrade your old system. They will take care of everything. They also work around your budget! awesome job on my new pc Tek Pro!

Don't go here under any circumstances! I took my two year old Dell computer here for repair and they kept wanting to jack the price up on me, they removed my hard drive and made data back ups of my stuff and replaced my Dell's 680 gig hard drive with an old 100 Gig Fujitsu hard drive with pornographic Anime on it from an Acer computer. I feel like they took advantage of me because I'm a woman and they probably didn't think I was going to ask around for another opinion.



I went to another very reputable computer repair store in Fresno and asked them to check out my laptop, that's how I found out that this is not my hard drive, they checked the bios and the service tag on Dells website and proved to me that my computer came with a much larger hard drive.



I'm going back to TekPro PC to get my hard drive back, and advise anyone who gets their computer done there to watch their wallets and parts, you just might get ripped off, and by the way if you want to know where I took my computer after I took it to them just look for the computer repair company with the most reviews in Fresno. TekPro PC doesn't deserve a star rating!
