De Young Properties

De Young provides horrible customer service, they lack on warranty repairs and they don't care about their customers. They also don't care about the homeowners and their safety. (De Young sent a contractor to my home to do roof work unannounced in an unmarked personal car) I would not recommend a De Young home to anyone. My house still needs repairs done and it's been over 2 years since I moved in. I have uneven tile, cracked tiles, the sprinkler system wasn't trenched properly, I have foot prints on my dry walls all over the garage, they patched an attic hatch because one wasn't supposed to go there, they did sloppy conduit work for the AC with a stressed entry going into the house with flagging electrical tape, my light canisters going down the hallway are uneven, they scratched the glass on my courtyard door and the paint is uneven throughout the house. Their new office location is off of Armstrong and Gettysburg in Clovis.
