Great company
We had some water damage in the living room on the ceiling when a shower was taken.
I called my plumbing company who I have used for many years to figure out what happened.
They checked out the bathroom for about a half an hour and said the shower liner needed to be replaced !
I have a large marble shower that I had installed about 20 years ago at the cost of about $13,000
I talked to a friend of mine who told me about a company called WTL
They sent out three people that did some testing for about an hour with their testing equipment and said the shower liner was ok snd not the problem and all I needed to do was some caulking around the shower door. My husband and I watched all the testing as they proved to us it was the shower door and not the shower liner!
It was hard for me to believe that my plumber who I have used for many years and referred to friends lied to me!
This company was expensive to do their testing but it was worth it!
I highly recommend this company !

We had two major plumbing companies come out to see why our drain backed up
Both said they needed to break up my basement floor to replace a broken drain line.
The cost ranged from $6400-$9100
This did not include putting back my tile floor and bathroom.
This was additionally $7000-$8000
I called my insurance company who sent out WTL for another opinion .
I checked the Better Business Bureau-they have an A+ rating with no complaints!
They were professionals all the way and went into the basement, listened to me as I explained what happened-(they really cared)
They used two different cable machines to remove hard grease in the line and then used a fiber-optic camera to show me there was nothing wrong with the drain line except for grease which they have removed !
They had me and my friend who is a general contractor down with them all the way to watch as they showed us and explained what had happened .
They saved me over $10,000 and a great deal of stress!
I asked the owner of WTL about a bad review...
He said we are asked by the customer or a contractor or an insurance company to go out to see what really happened and unfortunately he said sometimes customers and contractors do not always tell the truth-sometimes… he was very polite about this…
He said we call it as we see it and sometimes what we discover does not always match what the customer or contractor said happened...
He said he is just there to tell the truth and sometimes customers don’t like it especially if an insurance company is involved and perhaps denies a claim !!
I would highly recommend WTL if you want to know what really happened

Had a quality pulumbing company come over and investigate a brust main line in floor. They found the line burst/broken/missing in several places. Filed a claim with AAA. They were fine with claim until the bid to removed kitchen cabinets came in. So they sent out WTL to verify. So theses three people show up in an unmarked white van and start taking pictures of the outside of the house? Then they start to look at line with outdated equipment. They had a black and white monitor that was about as big as an iphone and the picture quality was not good. One of the techs found a break in another area that we did not even know about but Mike the owner of the company overruled her and said no issues. They were nice enough people but obviously not thinking as an indpendent. Very next day another plumber came out and identified the ruptured areas including the new one that Mike had dismissed. I would not be wary if this company showed up at your door.
