        He was recommended to us by a lawyer out of KC, for paternity rights and my son's daughter. He wanted $2500. to take the case. That was 18 months ago, and nothing has been resolved. IN FACT he does NOT return phone calls, does not try to get visitation for my son (who is disabled with MS). My son has not seen his daughter in over 18 months now. There was another court hearing last month. Per the court papers, this attorney was not in attendance, we had never been notified of the hearing. AND 5 phone calls have now been made to his office and no matter what time of day or what day it is we only get the answering machine. None have been returned.
