The expertise of the doctors are without question, but the intake staff (front office) are absolutely Ridiculous. I have been lied to about prescriptions being called in to my pharmacy, showing up at the pharmacy and being told, nothing was called in. Calling the office numerous of times and being told they would call it in and days later nothing and then, the nerve to tell me to come back in and pick up the prescriptions (ridiculous) and I have overheard patients complain about billing such as coming in to pick up blood work and being charged for a co-pay and then told they would remove it and the patient told them they are told that every time and nothing changes.
I can say this...if it was not for the doctors, nurses and medical staff with their expertise and care, I would not even step foot in that office, but my loyalty lies to my doctor and I thank him for all he does.
