When I went set up my appointment two weeks prior they had looked up my insurance through there system the had said I was covered 100% cleaning and X-rays. Two weeks later following the visit I got a bill for 290!!!! I called the business office they told me that my insurance was denied I was out of network after they told me that I was covered prior to my visit
