They talk terrible to their employees, treat them as if in a sweat shop especially the eldest one Carmen sometimes in front of others, other times behind the scenes and most of the day care attendees dont like the administrative Ella. These are Russian immigrants whom only treat well the ones who are russian themselves, and sometimes not. The others who are mostly the Korean daycare attendee arent even spoken to expect at the time of registration and for charging their insurance money.
