Harvey's Disposal

i am only posting this star because its the only way I can get into this page to post a complaint, these people , are horrible. I had trash service with them for a year and a half. 2 months ago thet didn't pick up my trash. I called and ask why, they claimed that my bill was not paid, that was a lie. the man who answered the phone mocked me, he was so rude. I finally hung up and got service else where. also I am sure they ran over my 7 year old yellow lab with there truck. we had to put him down. when you scatter customers garbage all over there driveway, run over there animals , steal there money , and are so unprofessional, you are in the right business, you are garbage. don't use this service, its horrible.

Honestly I would not write this man he is argumentative all I wanted to do was get trash service they don't return their phone calls the reason he doesn't do first services anymore is because he's afraid of losing money while you're going to continue to lose money when you argue with your customer instead of asking say may I help you where do you live and yes we do pick up in your area or no we do not thank you and have a blessed day but no you get argue argue argue he deploys anything and everything I've also seen that his drivers run fast they ran over dogs they don't care about their service so if their boss can not care about their service they are not worth having I hope to find somebody else so there star rating to mean is zero

I was a Riverside waste customer. I had to continually call when they missed scheduled pickups, and always got lame excuses about sick drivers or broken trucks. I switched to Harvey's in May 2015 and am very pleased with the service. They are within 15 minutes from the estimated time for pickup.

I live on a dead end road that's only about a quarter of a mile long. They fly down my road even though they have been asked to slow down. This morning they came flying down the road again and run over my 4 pound chihuahua. They didn't even have the courtesy to stop. As sad as it is to lose my dog, thank God it wasn't one of my grandchildren. By the way I didn't want to give any star rating, but I had to in order to post.

Just wanted to post on here in case any of your fans use Harvey's Waste Disposal in Cleveland,TX. Yesterday my neighbor's dog was lying in the road toward the right hand lane and their trash truck came down the road about 20 mph. They saw the dog and with no attempt to brake, honk the horn, or move more toward the left hand lane they ran straight over the dog. Then, just continued on down the road.... The car behind them stopped and moved the dog while I went a told the owner. When we stopped the driver on his way back up the road he said " I didn't hit it my truck did." Then when the owner confronted him he jumped out of the truck and said " Take better care of your dog and lock it up next time." Never once saying saying or feeling any remorse for the life he just took. When the owner contacted Mr.Harvey himself (the owner) he said " It was just a dog." I cannot believe the the lack of care they displayed and after this event I will NEVER use their company!

He was very rude, all I asked is does he provide trash pick up on rd 1725. His reaction was yes, when I asked how far he had an attitdue. Turns out no he does not come as far out as I needed, but he didn't have to be so rude and say " I said no the first time ". I was just asking for a distance in relation to the route he does on 1725.
