top notch service and friendly to boot! best selection around and their work is amazing. I heard the story about this other person that reviewed them and didn't give a good rating. Its a bit funny because my monument is in the same section as theirs. I was in the cemetery when a couple of kids where there and they were leaning and pulling on the monument and made it move. I ran them off. looks like I should have left them alone. its a tiny monument, noway it would fall over on its own!

We were able to purchase the perfect headstone for our daughter at a fair price, however, we have had nothing but problems with the installation of the headstone. The bulk of the headstone is a kneeling angel holding a heart with our daughters picture, name and date information. The angel is top heavy and is not anchored properly to the base. They reset it once and recently its become unattached again. Called the monument people to fix it and they used white bath tub caulking around the base of the angel. yes I said BATH TUB caulking! White caulking on a black headstone! I was told that they also used setting compound but upon closer inspection, there is nothing underneath it! I called back and was told I shouldn't put anything on the headstone so I don't tip it over! Excuse me?! It's my child's headstone and I can't put decorations on it?! If all it takes to tip it over is sticking a butterfly ornament to it, then IT IS NOT SET PROPERLY! They also said if they had to fix it again, they would start charging me. So needless to say, I am contacting another monument company to set it properly. If you buy a stone from them, be prepared to run into trouble with the setting of the stone. Again, they were able to give us the stone we wanted and at a fair price but are severely lacking in their ability to set it.
