Lancer Insurance Co

This is by far the most scandalous insurance company I have ever dealt with. I was involved in an accident and fire on their clients bus, and they have tried to intimidate me into signing a 7-page release combining my property loss claim with medical injuries for a fraction of my property loss. They have refused to pay the Property Loss settlement unless I sign their release combining Property, Injuries and Economic Loss. They have disobeyed the law which says that Property Loss settlement must be paid within 30-days. It has been almost 2 months.
