It took me almost 50 days just to get my w2...I actually had to inquire at least 10 times by phone, including a 60 mile trip to their office.The menagment is totaly unprofessional, as are most of the employees...I had to update my address 3 times to 3 diff people there for 45 days just to get my w2...after leaving 10 unanswered messages.Finally after threatening to sue them through the IRS form 3949-A I was immediately put in through to some manager Mark or Marcus who even hanged up on me after promising to send me my w2.Which he did.After 50 days!
