Flat Rate Movers

You are honestly going to be better off setting your money on fire then going with this company. They came to my house to give me a flat rate, instead gave me a verbal guarantee and still made me put down a deposit as if i was getting a flat rate. On the day of the move they were an hour late. I had multiple phone calls from Neighbors and relatives that were at the move about unprofessional behavior ( yelling at employees to say the least). They moved maybe half of the things that I was given a grantee for. Also they kept some of my property for two days. They didn't tell me they had it until they came back to the house because I called and complained about all the damage they'd caused. No ownership was taken, i was told it was my fault. That they did no damage but then offered me 100 to call it all even, even though I had to hire a 2nd company to do everything they didn't. We finally agreed on a price to settle it but then forced me to wait almost 30 days to get the full amount.
