PLEASE READ, Save your money!! I am not one to leave bad reviews but the service and un-professionalism by this local business needs to be made known to the public to avoid other innocent people getting ripped off by this so called business. The first sign should have been they screen their calls so you always have to leave a voicemail and then they call you back..... until they get their money......then they never return your calls.

We had a raccoon problem in our attic so we hired this company. They tell you they will come out to check the traps every few days, which is a lie they don't. I didn't do a lot of research as this company was recommended to me and it was on Angie's list. I will never do that again. We cancelled the service prior to them catching anything and the company wouldn't call back regarding partial refund seeing they didn't catch the raccoon we paid them for and they didn't provide the service they promised. They basically came out to set the trap up, which they screwed to the roof, and left. We had to call them to get them to come out and reset the trap and they didn't come when they said they would. Very poor service, and virtually no calls back once they cashed that check.

We called a trapping service called Avenger and within a couple days they caught the animal. They actually knew what they were doing, very professional and less than HALF THE PRICE. They found out where the raccoons were getting on the roof and set the trap up there. The best part is THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE. 1-800-641 PEST is their number.

I do not work for Avenger and I did not get any perks for writing this. I am just trying to save people from the terrible experience of hiring "catch a critter" and give recognition to a local business "avenger" that provides excellent professional service for a much more reasonable price.

They come and do the job but the problem doesn't disappear. Then you call them to tell them the treatment didn't work and they tell you they gonna call you back and never do. Then they stop answering your phone calls when you call to find out why they haven't called back.

Hands down the most reliable and knowledgeable pest control company ever! I have and will continue to recommend to everyone...
