Brides By Demetrios

My daughter was living in the Cleveland area, while planning her wedding, and I live a state away. She called to tell me she had found her dress, ( at Demetrios) and was sorry I wasn't there with her when she found it...I was just glad she was happy! We went and she tried it on for me, of course I approved. She paid for it, and then ....the wedding was canceled. They called to tell her the dress was in the weekend they canceled. To make a long story short, I called to try to find out about getting the dress sent to my house, so she didn't have to pick it up. Emily, and Claire that I talked to were very supportive and sympathetic, shipped the dress to me, (I received the next day!.) I hope to go back there some day, as the dress was beautiful and the staff very helpful. I was leary of going there after seeing some of the reviews written here, but feel they (the store) deserve a good review for the the good service we received!

At Brides by Demetrios, I was treated with professional and personal attention. I tried on a good 25+ dresses and Emily, the consultant was patient and knowledgeable about the fabrics, styles, etc. When my dress came in, it was exactly as I expected even with the alterations and change in neckline. I felt beautiful and confident in my dress and my wedding was perfect because of it. Thanks Demetrios.

I have purchased "2" Mother of the Bride/Groom dresses from Brides By Demetrios in the last 2 years and have found it to be the only place in Cleveland that the staff would treat me as if I was the only person in the store! After telling the Consultant what I was look for, she brought me only dresses that fit my needs. Because of my age (60+ years), she was able to zero in on what looked the best without me trying on too many dresses and making the selection process more difficult. Both times, I chose from one of the first 3 she brought me. She made (what sometimes feels like a dreaded process) a very pleasant one. The dresses were ordered and arrived on time. I had been to other bridal stores in the area and found the staff to be pushy and in a hurry to sell you anything. The staff at Brides By Demetrios cared that I looked my best! I recommend Brides By Demetrios to everyone! Brides, Mother of the Bride/Groom, flower girls, 1st Communion dresses etc. They have what you need! I have many friends that have been pleased and always let me know how professional the staff treated them and that they send their friends to Brides By Demetrios too! You won't be disappointed either!
