We are so excited to begin serving you all again, but for now, the process is going to look different as we work to comply with state requirements.
Please read through the below procedures prior to any scheduled appointments.
-Masks
For the safety of you and others, we ask you to please wear a mask if you are able to do so. If you don’t have access to a mask, we would be happy to provide one for you.
-Waiting Area/Arrival Procedure
We will not have a waiting area in the salon and ask you to wait in your car until you’re told to enter. When you arrive, please call or text your stylist so they know you are here
and remain in your car (see below for your stylist’s phone number).
There will be staggering procedures that we need to uphold to control the flow of people in and out of the salon as well as additional mandated cleaning. This process will begin when your stylist receives the call or text from you that you've arrived. Because of this process, it may take up to 12 minutes from your appointment start time for you to be invited into the salon. Once you enter the salon, you will be required to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer.
It is very important that you are on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will not be able to keep your appointment as the staggering and cleaning procedures require a stringent, well-choreographed schedule.
While our goal is always to serve you in a timely manner, for right now, we ask you to please be patient with us. Everyone should expect to block out extra time in your schedules for your appointments as there may be minor delays as a result of these adjustments. However, we believe if we do this together, we can make it work more smoothly.
Also, we want to be extremely clear and repeat that being on time is very, very important. We cannot take you if you're late, and unfortunately, there is no flexibility on this.
-Personal Belongings
We ask you to bring as few items as possible into the salon. Please leave your personal items in your car, such as your coats, umbrellas and, if possible, bags and purses. Try to limit your items to money, reading material and a beverage if you wish. (We will not be able to serve beverages at this time.)
-Additional Notes
We cannot allow you into the salon if you are sick in any way. Even if it’s not COVID-19, we have to be extra diligent and ask that you please cancel your appointment if you have any symptoms or any illness at all.
For our senior and immuno-compromised customers, we will be reserving the 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. appointment slots for you. Let your stylist know if you are at-risk and would like one of these early-morning appointments.
For now, online booking will remain turned off. So please reach out to your stylist to schedule or cancel appointments.
We are 110% committed to keeping our salon clean and safe. Prior to reopening on Friday, the salon will be treated with MicroShield 360, which is an EPA-registered and FDA-approved coating system that prevents viruses, bacteria and pathogens from living on any treated surface.
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation with these new processes. We realize it can be frustrating, but it’s very important that we comply with the regulations we have been given.
