MY STYLIST, DANIELLE, has been servicing me for the past nine years, She's always prompt, friendly and serious about her clients. I'm so glad to go to salon and not be sitting in their all day.

I have had two UNPLEASANT experiences with this facility....

The first, I was new to the area and brought my daughter to get her hair done she was 8 at the time.(She is 13 now)

the experience with the owner? was enough for me to take 5 years to even attempt it again.She was abrupt, rude and unyielding.



Yesterday was an attempt to find someone in this area who is able to do Hair Fusion.

I spoke to "wendy" as it were. Who AGAIN was EXTREEMLY abrupt, refused to answer any questions, had less than STANDARD professional phone etiquette. She answered the phone ..."Uh hulluh..." at that point I thought I misdialed, I asked if I had the wrong number...she said---(cutting me off)"You called my cell phone" I asked again, is this the salon...she(who I now know as wendy)cut me off again and said "Look can you call the shop phone because this is the cell phone" I answered her stating I got the number from the window, how was I supposed to know?

At this point I just hung up...I wanted to see her face to face so on my way home I stopped in, to make sure I wasnt incorrect I double checked the 1st No on the WINDOW of the salon...no sign stating "CELL" So I wasnt bonkers...



Made a 3rd attempt I called the other number asking for wendy by name-the individual put me on hold wendy picked up the phone and "sucked her teeth, said F-that, and hung up on me"......
