Friou Floral

I would not recommend this business. My son and I ordered a funeral wreath from Friou Floral for my son's fathers memorial service. I spoke for some time with an employee named Phil who took my order. We requested a banner to read "Dad" and some other embelllishements that had very personal meaning. We were charged extra for these items. On the day of the memorial service, a plain wreath was delivered without the items we had requested. How disappointed my son was. That moment in time can never be recaptured. I had to call twice in order to even get an apology. They did ask me if I wanted to be refunded the extra money paid for the items not included...why would they ask if they never delivered? The owner Julie was very insensitive and kept interrupting me. I will never use Friou Floral again. Please beware, if it is a meaningful moment in your life, you cannot depend on this business to deliver.
