I ordered quarts and they sent gallons and charged me anyway..... on a $1,000 order! I specifically wanted quarts as I'm using only a few ounces at a time for small body panels on equipment, not painting cars. Scott Hartman laughed at me and assured me I ordered gallons....he wasn't even there. Also, one of their best kept secrets is their computer system, and they will sit there and charge you a 20-30% premium unless you ask to get set up in their computer. I only found out after doing business with them for a couple of years.



I called and talked to the store manager who said he didn't have authority to do anything about it. A store manager! He claims he can hire and fire, but not actually do anything customer service related. His words and the salesman's words were, and I quote, "You have to call corporate for all that stuff, and good luck with that!"



Never doing business with this group of shysters again!
