Doug's Used Cars

I have bought two cars from Dougs and while I have had some minor issues with the first one I bought and drove for more than two years I paid cash for that car and very pleased with it!!! When I decided that I wanted a newer vehicle Dougs was the first place I looked I found a car that I fell in love with and have had nothing but awesome service from Ruby, she is a wonderful person and always ask me when I make my payment how the car is doing as well as my family! Everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinion and mine is this when you buy a car as is that's what you get as is the place you get the car from is no longer responsible to repair or maintain that vehicle in any way it's the buyers responsibility so with that being said anything that they do to repair or maintain YOUR vehicle needs to be charged to your account with them and they are awesome to even let you pay that out bc most car dealers would be sorry about your luck!!! I feel very fortunate to have bought my vehicle from people that actually care about their customers and are willing to work with me if I am not able to make my payments they have every right to repo their car!!! Just my thoughts about it!!!

Car they sold me has problems, I know it is buy as is but they didn't want to help me at all. More like OH WELL....Sucks to be you. Other places would have cared more.

The business is owned by Doug and his wife, Ruby. Ruby runs the desk, and Doug runs everything else from home or wherever he is. Ruby spends time befriending you. Asking questions about your friends and family. Asking about your job. She'll actually sell you a car knowing you can't pay for it. Then, when you're late, she'll promise to give you some time. As soon as you get off the phone to her though, expect a knock on the door wanting the keys to your car. She does dirty business. They won't fix cars even though they promise to repair them if you buy them. If they do get them fixed for you, they add the price to what you owe them and don't even mention that part of it. So keep your original contract and READ EVERYTHING.
