Tire Kingdom

Went in for tires and got what I wanted. They told me my cars tires were wearing due to bad tie rod. Had the car repaired and had the alignment done. Just glad everything was fixed and my car drives straight lol.

Awful Service - Very Shady Technicians



I took my car here on the 3rd of November for an alignment, took them 4 hours to do the job and left with the car pulling to the left. I then called them and asked why my car

is pulling to the left and they said that it's because of my front tires. I said really?

I've never heard of a vehicle pulling to the left or right because of the tires.



About a week later, I took it there again because the pulling was getting worse.

They worked on it again and said that it was a couple of degrees off and fixed the problem, but, they also said that I needed new tires and that's the only way to fix the pulling.



I then went to a different mechanic for a second opionion, and what do you know, they said that my tires are fine and that my vehicle was not aligned properly, hence, the reason why it's pulling. I then contacted them for a refund and gave them the invoice for the work that the second mechanic had given me and said that they couldn't do a full refund because of their company policy.



So in essence, they did not do the job correctly, I had to drive my car 30miles each way to work with the car pulling to the left which we all know is a safety hazzard, and now, I couldn't get my payment back for a job that they couldn't do correctly.



Word of advice, stay away from these people and company. There's tons of other small time repair shops and mechanics out there that would do a better job. To be honest, I believe that they're trying to pull a fast one on me and wanted me to buy new tires from them. Real shady and dishonest group of people. Shame on you Tire Kingdom including the store manager.
