Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

We had a main line back up to deal with after just moving in to our new home. It was also Thanksgiving week and we had family visiting so we were definitely stressed. I called late at night to schedule service for the next day. They were running a little behind but did vall to let us know. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problem. Thanks for saving Thanksgiving!

This was my first time having to call out a plumbing service an unsure what to expect. Nick was the first person I had the pleasure to deal with. It was already a stressful situation with my downstairs flooding due to a later determined diagnosis of a clogged pipe. Nick's customer service was bar none and I knew I was in good hands. From there I had the pleasure of meeting Guy, Melvin, and their extract team. They took good care of the situation "Every" person that I had to deal with was so courteous and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was able to schedule service online late at night for service the next morning. I received a phone call in the morning to inform me that I would be the next call on my technician’s schedule and another call when he was on the road to me. Nick was professional and quickly quoted and cleared my blocked drain. He also gave me tips for avoiding the issue in the future. Quick, friendly and convenient service!

I had a great experience today using this company! The guy that came out Wesley was absolutely wonderful and took care of everything promptly and professionally! It even cost much less than I had anticipated. Very satisfied customer and I highly recommend!

The technician was very professional and even fixed a patch job done by my husband and made the setup less likely to break in the future. The cost was a little more than expected but well worth it.

I called in the morning and the plumber arrived the same day before the time frame that was emailed to me. Roto-Rooter also called to tell me the plumber would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. The plumber was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the repair well. The work I had done was a replacement flange for a toilet and new toilet installed. I am very happy with the work that was done. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past for clogged drains and will continue to call on them in the future.

I had a water leak under the concrete foundation of my house that ruined my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The Roto-Rooter professional teams (Water Mitigation and Restoration, and their plumbers who performed a whole house re-piping) did an outstanding job! What I liked most is that they coordinated their services internally in the company, and with my insurance adjuster. I cannot say enough good things about them. They helped make this nightmare of an experience from a house I had to leave for 5 days to feeling confident I will not have this problem again. They guaranteed their work for 20 years! The inspector said they did an excellent job inside and out. So to Melvin, Chad, Stephen, and Richard, and a whole team of others (I can't find your business cards at the moment and I want to get this posted) a big THANK YOU for a wonderful job.

I only have good things to say about this company and Drini Cenko who came out and took care of our problems in a courteous and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

We got a call telling us they were on the way and they arrived on time. Big bonus right there. Two guys were in the the truck. They accessed our situation (a bit of an odd one) explained what they could do and the legitimate risks involved and the cost. I agreed and they went to work, solving our problem. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. Simply a pleasure to work with.

The crew was very knowledgeable, identified the problem quickly and communicated with me throughout the day to let me know progress on the repair.
