Richard Joyner

I hired Richard last July to settle a probate case. Finally in Oct. he said he could not settle and we needed to go to court and he needed more money. He even insisted I pay for the court reporter at that time. I was served a summons in Feb. because Richard had never contacted the other attorney or the court. No one even knew I had an attorney because he never filed on my behalf or even bothered to call the other attorney. The only thing he did was cash my 2 checks. I'm now in default and can't even hire another attorney because he refsues to return my documents needed to win my case. His lack of representation will cost me at least $20,000.00.
