Apparently, this business has deteriorated quite a bit since 2013. I have had nothing but trouble with this company from the beginning. Their communication is horrible, and it was difficult to get any answers from them regarding material availability or scheduling. When they finally showed up to install my kitchen countertops, one of the two installers informed me that the material was heavy and they needed my help to carry it in the house. When I asked why Pavimento didn't send more people, they said they were too busy. Obviously I told them no, and that they needed to call the office for additional help. When the two additional guys showed up 2 hours later, they struggled to get the large section in the house and decided to rest it at an angle on top of my cabinets and unfortunately, my new dishwasher. Needless to say the weight damaged my new dishwasher, which I forced them to replace. After the install was complete, I found a 1-1/2" x 4" depression that was unfinished and also a couple small chips around that same area. I have been in contact and have yet to hear back on a resolution or time to return to repair the issue. When they left my driveway after the initial install, there was a couple piles of stone dust/debris at the end of my driveway. I went to clean that up yesterday, and found 2 screws, a sharp jagged piece of metal, a razor blade in the driveway and several of the cutout scraps from drilling for faucets. I also found a screw in my tire, which they quickly discounted as a sheet metal screw that couldn't have come from them. I highly recommend you find another company to do business with, if you are in the market for new countertops.

I have been a contractor in Pinellas County for 25 years. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They have horrible customer service, their billing is a mess and they do not properly respond to customer complaints. NEVER use them

AWESOME SERVICE... The owner came to my house personally and we redid my kitchen in Cambria WHITNEY. This was a huge project and I have an old house with uneven walls and floors making all my measurements really hard, but the guys came in with sanding tools and custom fit everything perfectly. I was shocked to read any negative review!!!! My house is a triumph and PAVIMENT has since redone my bathroom as well and beautifully too! I do not understand the negative reviews.... Guess you can't make everyone happy all the time but I am one happy camper!

We had cambria installed by Pavimento. We were not happy with the original seam on the island. John Kanne the owner came and looked at the seam. He immediately said that he would replace the piece and that he would do the work himself to insure our satisfaction. He did a fantastic job on the island and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Ive used Pavimento to fabricate and install Cambria countertops for two renovation projects. I was not happy at all with their customer service during my most recent experience with them. For my initial project with Pavimento, they provided me with a reasonable discount from their normal, retail prices. However, when I contacted them earlier this year for my second project, I was greeted with a very cocky attitude, and was told that there was no way I should have received the prior discount, and was given the feeling that I should be privileged to pay their normal retail prices. During one phone call with them, when the receptionist asked me to provide evidence that I had received the prior discount, I could very clearly overhear a gentleman in the background saying that I must be making up the (discount) paperwork right now. As a final straw, Pavimento even refused to provide me with two sink cutout pieces from my project (valued at $180), which of course I fully paid for!

The owner of this company has no integrity, tells bold face lies to your face and resorts to threats, scare tactics and intimidation when confronted with the sloppy workmanship of his company. He has a talent for condescension, veiled insults, and the slippery ability to blame anything and everything else for his inability to correct his own mistakes. If you're looking for the beauty of Cambria Quartz, be aware, if you buy your quartz in his area, no matter who the seller is, this company will be the one fabricating your job. Don't expect professionalism and certainly don't expect him to fix anything that costs him more than a tube of caulk. Be sure and do your research.
