The manager in the service dept is rude. Attitude and act like they could care less about having your business. Will make the drive to Tampa next time.

The service dept management there is the worst . Inept and a just don't care attitude. It is obvious they do not care about the customer or probably their employees either. Will never do business with this company again.Period .

Very impressed with the mechanic Brad ( I drive a Mercedes) . You can tell he has a passion for what he does and is extremely polite.

Great service by the team at Lokey, starting with Fernando and Dave to my advisor Alan M. to one of the best techs you will ever find Dave L. my experience was fantastic. The only issue I had was when I was waiting outside a man walked by me three times and said nothing, of which I learned was the GM. I have stood outside before and the service manager is always great about greeting or saying hello to me.

Absolutely horendous service on both the part of the advisor and the Fixed Operations Director. Unless they are the only ones who consistently work on your car, they are not interested in giving you good service. Very poor, do not go there.
