        My husband and I have been customers since they opened the spa. We love the pedicures! It's the only place my husband will go. The staff is friendly and very talented...the ambiance tops any spa in the Tampabay area.

        My wife and I spent the day at Maxim Day Spa. We had an all day package, from the time we walked in the door it was an A class place. The massage was the best!

        My husband gave me a birthday gift card so I thought I would get my hair done. I went in for color and was convinced by the stylist to refresh my color so I did. It ended up darker and i went home and didn't like so i called the very next day and was told the stylist wouldn't be in until Tuesday so I went back then. The first visit I paid $110. When I went back into get more blonde put back in they had the nerve to charge me another $30 giving me 15% off since I was just in there on Saturday saying I needed to pay for the product. I will not return ever to this salon and unfortuately I still have some money left on my gift card. This place is a ripoff and the owner is only out to make a buck.

        As the owner of Maxim Day Spa, it was brought to my attention two days after this incident, where the hair stylist charged the client for service that should have been complimentary. I immediately contacted the client and offered a refund with my apologies. I repremanded the stylist for her mistake so this would never occur again. I have taken all the steps possible to handle an unfortunate situation, as we at Maxim Day Spa always put our guests first. Yes, we are in business to make money but with a garantee of customer satisfaction, and every one at Maxim Day Spa takes pride in all our efforts to maintain that standard. We are about quality work, customer satisfaction, friendly and professional service.
