Great guy who knows how to get down to the bottom line business of a divorce. He was my 2nd divorce attorney and now the only attorney I would have represent me in such matters.

Mr. Donnelly came very highly recommended to me by a good friend, and I am extremely grateful to have had him on our side. When police officers made an unlawful entry into my daughter's home based on a search warrant meant for another property, she was facing an uphill battle, as well as felony drug charges. It was her word against 2 police officers, and we all know how that usually ends. Mr. Donnelly was upfront and realistic regarding possible outcomes, kept everyone up to date with what was going on at all times, and prepared everyone very well for court. It is my opinion that it was his cross-examination of the police officers, coupled with his impassioned argument to the judge regarding a clear violation of my daughter's 4th Amendment rights, which led the judge to rule in her favor. If anyone I know is ever in need of a defense attorney, I would highly recommend Mr. Donnelly.

After reading the reviews below I'm not sure they are commenting on the correct law office?? Mr. Donnelly and his staff handled my case with great professionalism (from the receptionist to the paralegal to Mr. Donnelly himself). Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful and Mr. Donnelly personally went over and above to help me and certainly was more than fair in his fees!! I wouldn't hire anyone else!! Sounds as though the "reviewers" below have a personal agenda they are trying to achieve...

We have reviewed these comments from "Julie B." and "Sunny M." Neither one of these appear to be clients of ours. If either one of them would call my office for a conference, I would be happy to review the facts of any case and do what I can to resolve their concerns.

Please think twice before giving any money to this firm! They do not care about your case. Just listen to the tone of their voices from your first contact with the receptionist to the paralegal. They are not upfront they clearly and sadly will take what you have .. (In this case over 2k) and produce nothing. After you pay the communication becomes little to none and u get no real answers. They will make you contact them repeatedly and in the end request more money with no real response of your case. They truly show signs of lack of care and acknowledgment and only want the dollar. Please just think twice and look for the signs of unfortunate misfortune when using this firm. And if u do choose to go with them ask lots of questions, write them down yourself with their answers so you don't forget when they take the turn of misleading you and sucking you in waisting your hard earned money for their benefit and not the consumers. Do not use this attorney. He cost me everything. He said he could wrap up my divorce in about 2 months. It went on for 2.5 years, He gave the other side everything they wanted. Did favor for my ex's attorney that cost me. I paid him over $45000 in that time and ended up worst than if I had represented myself. I hope this saves one other person from making the same mistake.
