Foot & Ankle Physicians PA-Dr. Gary Goodman & Dr. Elizabeth Annis

I went here for my first appointment today.all the people that work there are amazing.I felt very well taken care of I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.

I saw Dr. Edwards this month prior to surgery on my left foot. I found the staff to be supportive and caring. Dr. Edwards was wonderful. She went over surgical options and was very clear about what to expect. Had my first post-op visit and everything went perfectly. Very little pain and once the healing process is complete I am sure that the problems I had will have been totally corrected. I would highly recommend Dr. Edwards and her office to anyone.

I couldn't disagree more! I have had numerous visits to her office and they seemed to go the extra mile for me. Dr. Annis was very professional, smart and able. She completely fixed my foot pain that I had for a while. She was very caring and compassionate and I would highly recommend anyone to go here!

TOO MANY DOCTORS IN THE AREA TO GO TO THIS OFFICE:

This office came highly recommended, TOO BAD. Even though the cost for my orthotics was a bit more, I felt confident in seeing Dr. Annis. She really seemed to have a way about her and her knowledge was wonderful. However, this office took 3 months to order and give me my orthotics. I had to go to their office over those 3 months only to leave with no orthotics.This included time missed from work and finding a sitter. They would say sorry and promise that in 3-4 more weeks my perfect orthotics would arrive. Finally, after 3 months my $500 orthotics did arrive and I felt confident in using them. Upon receiving the correct orthotics, I spoke to the doctor about my concerns if the orthotic did not help my foot pain what would we do? She gave a great detail of a possible surgery. Now a month later I receive a bill in the mail and a charge to my insurance company. I called this office as this had to be a mistake, my follow up appointments were suppose to be included and even a few adjustments, as the doctor said that may be necessary.

Well, I was told that the charge was approved by the doctor because the doctor spoke to me about surgery and did not just deliver my orthotics. I can not understand how the office manager then tells me that she can see where I had 4 appointments, where they did not give me my orthotic and there was no charge, so this time the charge was correct because the doctor spoke to me about surgery. I explained in great depth that the previous appointments were not my fault, not me changing things but the lab messed up the doctors script and even the doctor stated they were not longer using the lab due to the issues. The doctor was very nice and apologized for all the appointments with me. The office manager told me of course we are going to say sorry what else do you expect us to do? But she insisted that I was wrong, that I needed to pay for the visit because they saw me for no cost all the other times. They saw me because they did not get the script right with the lab and the lab did not do the order correctly and now they want to push that cost onto me. Also, the manager then accused me of having more than one pair of orthotics because she saw where I picked up a pair but never returned them. This is absolutely unprofessional and handled incorrectly.

If the office would have really thought this issue through they would see they are charging me for office visits that were of no fault of mine and also were suppose to be included in my fee.

This office feels they can charge what they want when they want. Upon leaving this office I never received a bill nor was told there would be an additional charge, till I received the bill in the mail. Too bad.

I suffer with arthritis and bone spurs in both feet. Dr Annis was able to recommend an orthotic that greatly helps. I had been to a foot doctor in the past but was told to try to find one by trial and error. I was unable to find anything that worked very well. Dr. Annis explained, in detail, what my problems were and what product to use to get some relief. I recommend this practice very highly.
