very confused about my mri result ordered by primary MD. went to another neuro specialist in st. pete first. Everything clarified in detail by Dr. Arora. I was very satisfied with my visit. New diagnosis of MS and have been doing well on treatment started. Staff helpful and friendly. Doctor answers questions well. Father who is 78 has seen Dr. Arora as well for recent stroke and is doing good. Dr. Arora saw dad in the hospital and in the office. Aunt with parkinsons also seen and doing much better on current medications. located on hospital campus with parking garage and easy building entrance. Many people stop to park on first floor but ample parking at higher levels. Very good physical therapy facilities on first floor. I am walking much better now. Highly recommend Dr. Arora and his office

I appreciate the care recently provided. Minimal wait time. Was very worried about my head scan and current condition. Building has a covered garage which makes it easier to get in and out on a hot and rainy summer day. I am 81 and difficult to walk far in the heat. Doc was pleasant and answered questions. He helped my husband as well. Staff helpful. Thank you.

Dr. Arora had an issue with my 76 year old mothers health insurance and he let it be known during our visit. Throughout the visit he was very hostile towards my mother. He told my mother she had awful insurance, twice during his statements he said, quote "THAT'S BECAUSE OF YOUR DAMN INSURANCE". He was not able to diagnose or help my mother in any way. It was obvious that he did not want to treat her & this was his way of getting rid of her. He is a terrible doctor & should have his license taken away. When my mother informed her other doctor about her experience with Dr. Arora he told her that she was the 2nd patient this year that had a bad experience with Dr. Arora. If you have insurance that he likes & pays him well he will treat you like a king or queen but if he doesn't like your insurance he will be very hostile & rude to you. Make sure you have excellent insurance before seeing this doctor!
