They were able to squeeze my cats in for urgent appointments immediately. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had my dog scheduled to be spayed at 8 am and they called at 7 50 am to cancel and reschedule. Not only was I minutes away with my dog already, I also put in for personal time at work so I could get off to get her fixed. If they would have respectfully cancelled the night before, I would understand and I would have the ability to work but, they had the nerve to cancel on my way to the appointment. They cancelled 2 other times before and this time they lost a customer. If you have a busy schedule like me, do not take your pet here, they will cancel on you many times to satisfy their own personal lives.
