Sears Hometown Stores

Let me start by saying if you actually want service or want your product do not buy it from here, I purchase a refrigerator a stove and a dishwasher from here the dishwasher never got delivered and I have been fighting for over 2 weeks now to get my money refunded and everybody has given me the run-around. So if you want actual product do not shop here .. once they have your money that's it you can never get ahold of the right person anymore or get the service you need... update.. spoke with the district manager (David Camp ) and he has told me twice now they are still processing my refund, and yet still no return !! Going on 4 weeks now
