        Overall

        The ER was more helpful than Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones hurt me. Took me a year to recover partially. Wish I never went there. They made things worse and could have helped me. Went to see Dr Douglas Holmes in Raleigh, and he was a blessing for sure. I can't thank Dr Holmes enough for helping me. Mann ENT is a joke and dangerous too.

        Overall

        Husband had a follow up Appointment. Because he forgot dr.'s name and called him Smith instead of Jones receptionist basically dismissed him. Don't waste your time.

        Long wait

        They make you wait more then an hour but you won't even get an apology, they act like it's your fault that they are late. Doctors' office visits suck!
