Went here today to get my car inspected because I received a coupon from them in the mail for $10 off a state inspection. So, even though it was a little further and kind of out of my way, I thought I'd give them a try. Inspection's done, I go to pay and give them the coupon & they say they won't accept it because I didn't give it to them before the inspection! The coupon does not say anything about presenting ahead of time, but the man said that once they put the total in the computer, they can't change it. Now at this point they could have done anything to remedy the situation- let me pay the total then give me a refund, offer a coupon for an oil change, anything. Instead, he points to a small sign high up on the wall, mixed in with a dozen other signs, about coupons and asked if it would help if he moved it down a little (apparently this is not the first time they've had this happen). Of course the only time you go to the desk is to check in, which is when they're asking you a bunch of questions & you're answering- then you move out of the way & go to the waiting area- you don't stand there examining all the signs they have behind the desk getting in everyone's way. I heard the guy tell someone they're using those coupons as a way to get people in- I bet! As a way to get people in to rip them off! Looking now I see bad reviews on other websites- wish I had read those first! Nice way to treat customers a week before Christmas. Will not be going back there and recommending others stay away as well.

I went to this shop for the first time yesterday and was REALLY PLEASED with the service. They worked with me to set an appointment around my work schedule and when I showed up, they were ready to rock and roll! :) The guy at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need - I finally found a mechanic I can trust! I'll be back!

i took my car in on a recommendation from a friend. Not only did they completely ignore my schedule - I told them I absolutely HAD to leave their shop in my car by 2:45 to be home for my children and would be glad to bring it back for the rest of the job to get done, they were rude when I was upset that my car wasn't driveable at that time. Exact words were "We are all having a bad day". In addition, I was getting my brake shoes replaced and they changed the pads but did not resurface the rotors, yet charged me for it! Their attitude, inconsideration and ineptness should keep anyone away. Incidentally, as I went there to drop off my car, a customer told me to drive away and not let them work on my car! I should have listened.
