Growing Child Pediatrics

My son goes to Growing Child, they have confused him with another child, and It has been very difficult to get any answers from them reguarding referrals. My son goes to play therapy and it has helped him tremendiously, his play therapist called me (Dec 10th) needing a referral, it took 3 weeks for me to find out (late Jan) that Dr. Poole had just gotten it that day to review, I called numerous times with no response, so I went to the office to find out something, i was even told that someone would call to let me know what the decision was. My son saw a doctor from the raliegh office in Jan the doctor referred my son to get a sensory evaluation, it was denied by a totally different doctor, that my son has never seen before. They "claimed" to have a boy with the same first and last name as my son, but 1 letter difference in the first names. After i found all of this out today (3/1/11) they also told me they were still evaluating the referral for his play therapy, but his therapist called in late January to let me know they had gotten the referral. They have no clue what they are doing and the "mix- up" with the kids is very unaccaptable. I feel my son should not have to wait on this. I need a doctor to work with me to address my sons issues, not hinder him! The only doctor i would reccomend there is Dr. Knudson, he has been very helpful with the issues my son is facing. Dr. Poole hasnt seen my son to know anything about him.
