I have been going to Beverly for about 2 years, I've gone to numerous salons in the area but was never happy with my hair. She is the first professional who actually listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. Being a retired professional myself I fully appreciate that she took the time to understand my hair. I have always been happy with the results. She is a wonderful , kind and professional woman I always look forward to my visits.

I made an appointment using a Groupon for a cut and color. I have to say that the color was poor. Roots were prevalent and it did nothing of covering my gray. Unfortunately, I went on vacation out of the country and then spent time with family out of state. She offered to charge half of what she normally charges to "fix" my hair but since her "half" was more than the groupon, I was hesitant to use it.. It was not until my husband said that my color looked better when I spend $5.00 on Ms.Clairol that I decided it was not worth the money to see her again. I made an appointment with a competent colorist. Make sure if you go and do not like the color that you call right away. Live and learn, next time I will go to someone I trust before going on vacation.

First, Erin, you've made your point -- and you've spread the word on more than one social media site. Beverly was slammed with business, and rude to you. She apologized. She said she offered you free services. Back off a little, maybe? She's a woman trying to make a go of her business, and she made a mistake with you. She admits it.
And Beverly -- writing your own excellent reviews to make up for Erin's slam doesn't really help... you're a terrific stylist, you transform people and make them look stylish and beautiful. Word will spread -- word from clients, I mean. Get rid of the ones you wrote. You're amazing! Now let other people tell the world.
(I'm one of them. So -- to all of you out there -- I give my wholehearted recommendation -- you'll be SO glad you went to Bello Salon! You'll walk out looking like you always wished you could look!!)

I'm sorry for Erin miss understanding I do not have the soft ware to book appointments on line . I ask her to call the salon. I offered her a free cut for the miss understand .
I have trained in the usa for 25 year and In the uk. I love doing hair and I love the Lord I would never do anything to hurt someone . I'm sorry Beverly Booe
