This is a great company, and the work they performed left me very happy. Jeff is an honest, up-front guy who is very communicative through the work process. A couple other quotes from companies I had out here seemed to have little knowledge, and horrible ideas with no explanation why, other than really taxing me on my project. We had our basement waterproofed w/ drain, along with certain extra work to ensure the stability of our floor joists that were in real bad shape, along with crawlspace work. I liked the way I saw Jeff calculating the best way to tackle my complicated house problems, and he anticipated certain things very correctly, and I'm very happy with the results he gave me. I understand as a person in a similar career, small businesses are very busy when their work and prices are so great. It was definitely worth a small waiting time to have this company out here. I highly recommend.

I asked Blue Water to come out to my house to give me a quote on my basement repair. 1st appointment, Jeff's wife called a few times to tell me he was late (which I understood) and then finally to reschedule. The appointment that was rescheduled Jeff just didn't show up and his wife never called. Poor way to do business. Communication is key - trust me, I'm in marketing and know how this can and will destroy a company's reputation.

I hired Jeff and his crew to encapsulate my crawlspace and install a sump pump. His prices were very affordable and he did exactly what he promised, on time. The team worked very hard all day and into the evening to get the job done, including hauling many loads of old insulation and debris from my crawlspace. The actually left the home and property cleaner than they found it! My crawlspace is now dry and a pleasant area to work in. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work.
