        This is for all ups.My package has been within 20 minutes of my house for 4 days. The last 2 days have been bad weather. What about the 1st two days.also when I call customer service they tell me they are sorry after I ask to file a complaint. But don't let me file. If the weather has you behind maybe you should be running on Saturday to catch up especially when a customer needs a package by Sunday but now won't get it until monday. And when I offered to pick it up boom center closed awesome

        First I got no notification of there first attempt to deliver. Then after the second failed attempt they said they would deliver between 1-5pm. They stopped by at 12:10pm when I just happened to be out and now I have to pick it up and they're only open 3 hours a day. So yeah, not going to be a UPS customer anymore if I can help it.
