They told us one thing on the phone and another when arrived



Internet price of the car was $5,000 LESS than the sticker price when we got there! Then they said they would give us $4,000 dollars off our trade in making it still more than the Internet price!



HOWEVER, they has already told us on the phone that the guaranteed minumum trade in of $4,000 was off the lowest price of the car which would have been the Internet Price



THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US 4000 FOR OUR TRADE IN AND APPLY THAT TO THE "INTERNET PRICE"



Of course they played around with a bunch of double talk and tried to make it seem as if we had misunderstood them but my husband and I BOTH called and asked point blank if the $4,000 was off the Internet price and was told YES.



They may have some good deals This was perhaps an OK deal although nothing special - I won't deal with Bait and Switch though -totally unfair to promise one thing and then refuse to honor it

Each dealer treated me with total disrespect, because I was on my own and I am a younger looking female. I finally called my Dad, and he reminded me to go to see Jimmy Smith at Craig and Landreth. As soon as I arrived Jimmy actually remembered me and we talked about all of the cars my family had purchased from him over the years. Jimmy actually remembered every car we had ever bought.
