I don't normally write reviews but I have had nothing but great experiences with this establishment. They did my wedding cake a year ago, it turned out amazing and tasted unbelievable!! It was the best wedding cake I've ever had. We had a rustic country wedding and they made the cake look like a tree stump and some guests even thought it was.



Then on our 1 year anniversary, we didn't keep the top of our cake so we had Bonnie Belle's make us one and it was amazing and tasted so very delicious!



Now, our CFO's birthday is coming up and we're getting him a theme birthday cake made with Red Velvet and they had no issues with my request of a Coal Miner themed cake. I look forward to seeing the end result! They've all been very friendly and the hour drive that it takes to get there from where I am, is completely worth it!!

Horrible service and I would never recommend booking a wedding cake. I booked and paid in full a month prior after I emailed a photo with reassurance they could make my wedding cake. I called four days prior to pick up and once again was reassured it would be ready. When I arrived to pick up my wedding cake I couldn't believe what they tried to give me. It literally looked like a cake that had icing slapped on it then smeared around. I was told they did not know how to make the ruffle cake I requested so I was refunded $50.00 and they made it with a swirl design. With my wedding being less than 24 hours away I had to take this ugly wedding cake. My wedding coordinator ended up covering it with flowers to make it expectable.

They are awesome and if there is a problem, they bend over backwards....love them

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I had contacted them to do a grooms cake for my wedding 6-9months before the day... Was told to send a picture and call back closer to the date... I then called 1 month out and was told they had no record of it and again to send a picture. It was very difficult to discuss this over the phone and they didn't want to do an in person meeting. They told me it was all taken care of. 2 days before my wedding I called to again verify when I'd pick it up... They said they had no order or recollection of this cake that i had spoken to them about 10 times.... She then told me they were too busy to make it. I threw a fit and she eventually agreed and AGAIN asked me to send a picture and told me it would be an. Extra 100 dollars more than priced before.... Well I ended up getting the cake and it was not what I wanted, very dry as well.... They are rude and difficult to deal with.... And 2 days before your wedding you don't want to hear that your cake order was never heard of, only way I got the cake was with my email. Records to prove it!!! Horrible!!!!

I called to get a price quote for a wedding cake. The woman I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I was very polite to her and thought she had no reason to be so hateful as soon as she picked up the phone. This was my first and will be my last expirence with Bonnie Belle's. I do not recommend them.

I've dealt with this bakery for years. They are very professional and have wonderful pastries and cakes!!

After having Bonnie Belle's booked (with deposit paid and all!) for two months, the ONLY person who makes wedding cakes there called last week to say that she now has plans for the weekend of my wedding!! Why would she accept my deposit to save the date, and then turn around and make plans to go out of town? Perhaps because she is very unprofessional, and doesn't care about prior commitments! Avoid!!!
