This place is rude and completely unprofessional! Not only did I witness the sales people and receptionist bad mouth a customer, while I was waiting to be helped, but, I am very disappointed with my experience. After 3 months of looking and dealing with them to get a home/land package and dealing with 1 salesperson, I was moved to another salesperson. Some of the issues with the deal were my fault. But, not all of them. When I became tired of playing their games, I told them to close my file and all of the sudden, they jumped on the ball. They claim they couldn't get land with an easement financed, however, low and behold, they were able to finance land with easement within 5 days of telling them to close my file. Now, they are claiming the fees I paid are nonrefundable. This is not what I was informed of in the beginning. Just thankful I was took for as much as some others. I will not be recommending anyone to shop here.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMING ON TAXES THAT YOU PAY THEM THEN ON THE PAPER WORK SHOWS THAT YOU PAY NO TAXES. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM. REMEMBER SALESMANS ARE SLICK AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER. YOU JUST DONT FIND IT OUT TIL ALL PAPER WORK IS SIGNED AND DONE.

I would never buy from them again. There is NO service after the sale. The truly sad thing is that because the dealer, manufacture and lenders used are all owned by the same man, nothing gets done about it. Don't take the warning lightly, its not just one person or instance. It won't be different for you. 3 contractors from the dealer and our marriage line still looks horrible. One sent so far from the manufacture that couldn't putty a hole to save his life. He only made things worse, not better. We are truly disappointed.
