7-Eleven

At approx. 6:45 PM PST 12/19/2014 I had the unfortunate experience of total ignorance at store 20175 which just today is under new ownership. I have patronized that store for the past five years on an average of two times a day, since we purchased our home Brandeis ST 03/2010. I got a pepperoni stick like I do every day at that store, and the first words out of his mouth was " Are you getting cash back? " I replied "Yes" He said "$2.00 minimum " I was dumb founded. I am 44 years old and have been to 7-11's all over this country.I stated that I have never heard of that. He did not budge. I stated that I am a loyal customer. He did not care. So instead of using debit or cash, I used a credit card for the $.99 cent purchase which cost him most likely $.65 cents. That was ok with him? Hmm. I stated a few times how I am a loyal five year customer. All he said was $2.00 minimum. In the last five years I have been to that store over 3,500 times, and growing up in this area I have most likely been there close to 7,000 times. But never again. I live a few blocks away and there are half a dozen convienent ( sp? ) stores within a five block radius. I am posting this exact same comment to the BBB, Social Media, and anyone else that will listen. My name is Afshin Djeyfroudi, and my phone number is 971-201-6518. I am more then happy to give a trustworthy employee of your corporation my credit / debit card #'s so you can see exactly what kind of customer you lost. The female half of this new ownership taking over the entire parking lot as a florist shop was especially tacky and third worldish. Not a typical 7-11 this country is used to, and I assume this will not be the first or last customer lost.
