Miller Property Management, Inc. is a licensed Brokerage firm with the State of California, and a licensed General Contractor with the California Contractors State License Board. We are Bonded & Insured with Workman's Compensation Insurance coverage for all employees that would be employed to do any repair or maintenance.

        Have been a tenant with R&D for 6 1/2 years. They are great to work with and handle our concerns quickly. If I had a property to manage, I would definitely use them!

        We rented a home for 15 months and always had a pleasurable experience with Lloyd and his staff. Whenever anything was needing to be fixed, Lloyd sent someone out the same day. Great property management company.

        They are misleading they don't...

        When I went to look at the property a condo, the guy was 30 minutes late. Very unprofessional. Had several people waiting. Titan is misleading. They don't call you back. Titan acts like they look at your rental history and takes everything into consideration. Titan is only there to collect as much money as they can on the rental application fee. Don't waste your time with these crooks.

        Not only does Titan have complete disregard for tenants' basic rights and needs- they are unethical, rude, demeaning, greedy and just incredulous as a business. Consider yourself warned if you decide to rent a property from Titan or Miller.
