Do not take your loved one here! Bad, cold food. Poor, noncaring, disrespectful staff, (when they have enough staff). Old, smelly building, no cable or phone provided. Residents have to beg for coffee, ice, towels, washrags, toilet paper, paper towels. Residents are often told, "I don't have time." by the staff. There is no microwave available to heat up residents food or drink. This facility cannot keep staff because it is SOOO bad. They have had 10 Directors of Nursing over the last 2 years. This is not a good place for anyone to live. Also seen, roaches.
