Twin Pine Apartments

Overall disfunction, poor communication between management and residents, and the extremely dated building should be warning enough of the terrible living arrangements at Twin Pines.

Personally I have experienced multiple "Maintenance Emergencies" ranging from a broken refrigerator to a large leak in the ceiling that are not finished being repaired after 8 months of back and forth with the management.

What they lack in facility upkeep (of the nearly 40+ year old building) they make up for with false promises and inconvenient office hours. In addition to the units numerous health and safety concerns the parking lot is frequently crowded and myself and other tenants have reported multiple "hit and run" accidents to the property manager and local police, who all say "because the incident happened on private property there is nothing they can do"

Giving this complex the minimum ONE STAR rating is being generous. Had I known what I would be getting into in the beginning of this never ending nightmare, I would have postponed my moving or slept in my car till I found something even slightly better. Even putting my rent payments in Eskrow was not enough to Motivate the property managers to get things done or prevent cutting corners that ultimately cost me in the end.
