Tri-State Vision

The North College Hill location is horrible. My family and I had a horrible experience with the area that distribute the glasses. The worker was very rude and personally I feel she is prejudice and does not know good customer service. She was so rude it took other clients to call her out when she wanted to serve a customer before my family knowing my family have been waiting for more than 30 minutes.



The manager was called into the room. I can say she tried to sooth things over but by that time, the damage was done.



I do not recommend anyone to go to that location. I can't speak for the other locations but the North College Hill location on Goodman is not a good place of business especially to new customers of Color.
