Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We live in Cheviot and had a severely clogged toilet, plunging and using auger didn't help. Matt from Roto-rooter came out the next day and fixed it right away. He was courteous and friendly. And the service didn't cost an arm and a leg. Would recommend them again.

Our main line was badly clogged. The first time we called Roto Rooter the guy that came out did a rather poor job. His snake machine barely worked and he left a complete mess behind him. After about a week the drained was clogged up again. Since we had a 6 month guarantee on the job we decided to call again. Mike came out and did a fantastic job! He was friendly, professional and cleaned up behind himself! If we have to use Roto Rooter again I would personally ask for Mike if possible!

Pipes busted under my manufactured home and they were very helpful and tried to fix it on a Sunday night but did not have all the parts to fix. They said they would have someone there first thing in the morning and they did. He was able to get the parts needed and fixed it. I was so happy to have the water back on. They were all very friendly and took their jobs seriously. Thank you Roto-Rooter. I will be calling again in the future for any further services needed!

Sump pump stopped working. Came out the same day and took care of the problem. They were running behind but kept updating us and were able to complete the project the same day.

We had a clogged pipe from our Kitchen sink. The tech (#803) came in and quickly snaked the pipe, tested it to be sure it was working. Glad to have a clear pipe again.

We had a clogged pipe in the bathroom. Chris P. and Dave fixed it. They did a good job and was fast about getting it done right. The sink now works.

Called Roto -Rooter on Tuesday 2/18/2015 In Hamilton Ohio , for frozen and Ruptured pipes after finding out not all techs carry pipe thawing equipment on their trucks, (Kevin #357) showed up and fixed both pipes and installed a new outside spigot in a matter of minutes, Price was fair, and Kevin was knowledgeable and clean, No Runs, No Drips , No Errors...Thanks

We called Roto Rooter Kate an a Saturday afternoon and they offered to get someone there same day. The work was done quickly and at a decent price.

Last night our sewer backed up into our basement. I called Roto Rooter around 8:30am Saturday morning and they arrive around 10:30. Repaired the problem and gave estimate for additional work needed to be completed. Very professional and knowledgeable tech (#1225). We are located in Cold Spring KY. Invoice 27-18242901.

It was our first time dealing with this company. Our drains were clogged which caused an overflow in our basement. James came out and explained the issue in detail and also explained how we could prevent the issue from occurring in the future. He was very professional, we would definitely recommend their services.
