Rogers Family Dentistry

Roger's Family Dentistry is the worst dental office in the world. Do not go there. They are a joke. They cannot give an accurate estimate. My estimate was off by 1200.00 but they didn't tell me that until after I had all my services completed. Absolute joke. I went to three appointments spaced over a month apart and at NOT one of those appointments did they give me an accurate estimate. They initially told me $171.00. I could see the estimate being off by 100.00-200.00 but off by 1200.00. When I tried to discuss with the office manager, she was as useless as their estimates. She said she didn't work there then and refused to help. I would not recommend anyone go there unless you like being lied too or dealing with really incompetent staff.

BEWARE OF THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT!! My wife and our two children moved to Alabama when I joined the US Army for my helicopter pilot appointment. Prior to moving to Alabama, Rogers Family Dentistry told my wife that they were resubmitting her claim to the insurance and would let her know if they had any problems. My wife called to pay this bill TWICE on her own and they told her they were waiting for a reply from the insurance company, that she need not make any payments. Then we recieve a letter in the mail in Alabama FROM COLLECTIONS!! VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY and DISORGANIZED COMPANY. BEWARE!!!!

We've been with Rogers for 15 years, but recently with new management, the entire place has gone downhill. Service has become worse and the staff seem to care less about you. They only care about money now, and not about you and that's why they force upon you multiple x-rays to milk more money out of you. I used to love this dentistry, but now I do not recommend it.

I found Jim Rogers last minute before my insurance changed. I needed 6 implants and he did them with ease to perfection. They feel completely natural and I am incredibly happy with them. He is truly an artist. I look forward to finishing the job with the four veneers I need for the front. I will definitely have him do them.

I have been back since for cleanings and his team was very professional and did their job well.

The people were friendly enough but they told me I had over ten cavities. I had just had a child and it had been over a year since I had a cleaning. So I thought they were right. I let them put 6 filling in on my left side. During which they cracked my tooth and started drilling before I was numb. At my next cleaning I told them of my concerns and they told me it was due to bad flossing. This caused me to be nervous about getting the remaining 5 fillings on my right side. I went to another dentist and I DIDN'T have any cavities!!!!!!! I have since gone to another dentist just to be sure and they confirmed I don't have any cavities. DON'T NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I wish I had done better research before allowing them to ruin my teeth.

I have been going there for about 5 years and i highly recommend them. they are polite and prompt service. they make me feel at ease. they help me in every way with my teeth. Thank you.
