I would not rent an apartment managed by this company. They will mislead you about what is included in the apartment. They do not answer emails. They will not fix anything in a timely manner. They have no regard for their tenants.

This company is extremely unorganized, inefficient, and uncommunicative. We were transitioning a couple properties to them and worked diligently to get everything ready for the transition before the end of the month. But as soon as the 1st came around, I never heard from them again. After 10 days of no response, we had to quickly find another company which to our benefit was more qualified and eager to do the job they are in business for. We are very thankful that this happened early on before accounting inaccuracies came into play...imagine their communication breakdown when that happens.
