Pediatric Care
It’s important to begin foot care at a young age because our feet carry us for our entire lives. Children can be affected by foot conditions including warts, heel pain, ingrown nails, flat feet, sport injuries or intoeing or outoeing.
Primary Care
If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.

Dr. Cullum is fully licensed by the Ohio Medical Board to practice foot and ankle medicine and surgery and is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in both foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery.
